Behind the scenes at the Coronation Street Blog

The Coronation Street blog is a fan site, written by a dedicated team of Coronation Street fans. We are not connected to ITV in any official or authorised way. 

Started in December 2007, the blog now attracts up to half a million, yes, almost 500,000 visitors per month. Verified statistics can be sent on request if you're interested in running a competition, and there is never any charge for this.

Fans from all around the world enjoy the blog with visits from the UK and Canada being most popular.

Exclusive Interviews  
The blog has been fortunate to obtain exclusive interviews with Coronation Street cast members, past and present members from behind-the-scenes at Corrie, as well as leading lights in the soaps world. Check out our exclusive interviews!

Competitions
Competitions run on the blog include prizes kindly donated by Compare the Meerkat toys, Harveys the Furniture Store, JW Lees' Coronation Street Ale, Wilkinsons Stores, Aurora Food Marketing's Fred Elliott meat range, I say meat range, and various other Coronation Street official licensed products includuding DVD box sets, books, games, calendars, confectionery, jigsaws, autobiographies.

We even offered a remarkable 1950s-style dress in a competition, exactly the same as worn on screen by Julie Carp in Corrie. Our readers even named the Coronation Street Rug in a special competition run by Plantation Rugs.

We also encourage fans to contact us if they are working on products that other fans would like to know about and can offer these in competitions too, such as Pickled Jo's Corrie caricature keyrings and unofficial fun Corrie t-shirts.
