Kevin Kennedy, who played Curly Watts in Coronation Street, is making a series of special appearances throughout July, exclusively at Coronation Street the Tour.
Visitors who purchase tickets for tours between 4pm and 6pm on Thursday 3rd, Thursday 10th and Thursday 17th July and between 7 and 9pm on Thursday 24th July will have the chance to meet and have their picture taken with the former Coronation Street star on the cobbles.
Kevin Kennedy said: “Coronation Street was, and still is, a huge part of my life and I have so many fond memories of my time on the old Granada set. It’s great that the site is now open for visitors to see behind the scenes of where I spent so many happy years and I can’t wait to see their reactions when they step on to the cobbles for the very first time!”
Tickets for the attraction have been in great demand since opening on April 5th with over 100,000 visitors already flocking to the old filming site. Consequently, additional capacity has now been released to accommodate the series of special appearances from the former TV star.
Tickets, which remain at the same price, are available at ticketmaster.co.uk/coronationstreet

His finest hour.
great to see Kevin Kennedy pop up on TV now and again, but not sure I'd be entirely keen on ever seeing him return to Corrie
